Ted started in commercial real estate over 20 years ago as broker with Cushman and Wakefield in Los Angeles. He honed his early negotiating and marketing skills representing developers in the leasing of high-rise office buildings. He further enhanced his deal making expertise by working with companies in corporate relocations.
After Cushman and Wakefield Ted became the Managing General Partner of a land investment and development company in Southern California where he negotiated over $150 million in acquisitions and dispositions. Additionally, he organized a development team that renovated historic office buildings in South Pasadena and Pasadena.
Ted joined Capstone to further his real estate career through his brokerage and management business, and by finding investment opportunities that he can syndicate for his clients. Capstone currently manages multi-family real estate valued at over $175,000,000 and specializes in multi-family sales between 10-50 units.
Ted is an active participant of the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is working towards his CCIM designation.
