Bob takes a creative approach to sales, understanding that each transaction is different and requires its own special level of care. He knows on a first name basis the attorneys, the closing agents, the title officers, the lenders, all the people essential to guiding your transaction to a successful close. It’s hard to turn a corner in Seattle without seeing a building he has sold at one time or another.
Prior to his career in real estate, Bob spent a number of years in Seattle’s broadcast industry as a newscaster/talk show host for such stations as KIRO, KZOK, and KJR. He attended the University of Idaho in Electrical Engineering and is an accomplished skier and private pilot.
“From start to finish, perfection. Lacking the words to adequately express my sentiments, this comes with deep, deep thanks for what you have accomplished for my family and me…The decision to let go of Windsor Arms fifty-five years later did not come easy, seemed perhaps odd; who would but do such a thing? You and Dave (owner’s attorney) saw me through it, with extraordinary professionalism, wisdom, great care, and fortunately too, humor.” Roelina Berst, owner.
“I have known Bob for 25 years….He worked hard to find the perfect buyer for the property and went “above and beyond” to do so. Bob’s efforts played a key role in our successful sale.” Chris Benis, Attorney
I particularly appreciate Bob’s attention to detail and his follow through in each phase of the transaction. This includes every detail…” Arne Yager, Professional Equity Ventures.

At Capstone, Levi collaborates with his local brokerage community to find his clients the ideal multifamily property, in a textbook location, and at the right scale based on your company's earnings expectations, or your own future income/net-worth goals. This involves creating a curated strategy to sell your existing asset at a price that makes your initial investment a success with a proven process to remove stress, decrease your time commitment to the deal, and increase your enjoyment during a difficult decision-making period, so you can spend time on other critical items in your daily schedule.

For the last seven years as a multifamily apartment broker and investor, Levi combines his experience to understand the vertical integration and fundamental drivers in multiple markets across the Pacific Northwest. His former experience as a regional sales rep for a large privately owned building materials distribution organization and DuPont de Nemours affiliate, past member of the National Multifamily Housing Group at Marcus & Millichap in Seattle, and most recently a Vice President at Lee & Associates CRE Services Northwest, all adds to his extensive real estate experience to better serve new and longtime clients at Sperry CGA/ Capstone, and those who put their trust in his guidance and representation.
